The tribe has paired national construction firm Suffolk with Hampton Roads-based W.M. Jordan Company to build the estimated $500 million resort and casino along the Elizabeth River. “This construction team will bring this project to life, one nail at a time,” said Robert Gray, Pamunkey Indian Tribe Chief. “They are known for the quality of their work, and I have confidence they can deliver a magnificent project on schedule.
