LLC Manager

Provide reports to the SBA and the Fort Sill Apache Tribe Economic Development Authority (EDA)

SBA highly recommends a Native American be the LLC Manager of Tribally Owned business enterprises.

In depth knowledge of Government Contracting, Federal Acquisition Regulations, particularly 13 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Parts 121 and 124, Regulations for 8(a) Business Development (8(a) BD) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Programs, and SBA’s Size Regulations.

Fort Sill Apache Tribe tribal membership, preferred

Regular interface with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Business Opportunity Specialist (BOS)

Plan for and establish standard methodologies for costing, program management, business development, and proposal development.

Associate degree and a minimum of two years’ experience demonstrating leadership and managerial skills in Government contracting required. Direct and coordinate all activities of the LLC Manager such as strategic planning, formulating and administering organization policies, business development, compliance and all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business.
